On television, Chip had a regular role as the curmudgeonly next-door-neighbor, Mr. Flabbinjaw, on the children's television program, Come On Over, currently available on the website, Jellytelly.com. In film, Chip was cast recently as Jimmy Slizor, a homeless stage actor who takes a young person under his wing, in the short film, The Teacher and the Student.

A childhood dream, puppetry has played a part in Chip's performance numerous times throughout his career. He started his professional puppetry career assisting Brad Williams in designing and building human-sized creatures for a stage production of The Nutcracker. He also came the closest to television puppetry, playing the lead character's pet cat, Poo-Kitty.

Vocal and Musical ArrangementsIn 1995, Chip had the pleasure of helping Malcolm Hillgartner arrange the vocals for a new musical called CHAPS, which featured Hollywood cowboy tunes in a close-harmony jazz vocal arrangement. He has since arranged vocals for one or two other projects.
